ROASTED STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN
Stuffed with apple, onion, herbs and bacon served with garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables of the day and plated with a dry sherry mushroom cream sauce.

JAMBALAYA
Our friends south of the border say our version of this classic Cajun dish is the most authentic outside New Orleans. Seasoned with a blend of Cajun spices, our jambalaya has rice, peppers, baby corn, red onions, jumbo shrimp, spicy chorizo sausage and blackened chicken. Try substituting curry for tomato sauce.

PANKO BREADED STUFFED CHICKEN
Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach and goat’s cheese served with seasonal vegetables and rice and plated with a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

CRAB RAVIOLI
Homemade crab stuffed ravioli. Tossed in a red onion and button mushroom/tarragon cream sauce and served with garlic bread.

CHIMICHURRI NEW YORK STRIP LOIN
AAA center cut 10oz strip loin. This steak is tender and cooked to your specification. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables topped with an Argentinean chimichurri sauce.
